Hello! My name is Manolito I’m from the United States I currently live in Los Angeles, California.
I make wooden keepsakes and handmade items its been a lifelong dream to be a maker of things from a sheet of wood for the final product that will make memories forever. Using the latest tools and technology I have been making some pretty cool items.
All the items are made by me in a tiny shop I love the process from finding the right design and planning the product to packaging for shipping.
Shipping
Currently, I ship all my items on the same day of ordering if the item is ready and in stock otherwise custom orders can take a few days. Depending on your address I use USPS, UPS, and Fed-ex ground or Smartpost. I will provide a tracking number once the item is shipped. I have shipped thousands of items and have not lost one knock on wood knock knock knock.
Returns
I have a 30-day buyer-paid return shipping on all my items except for custom engraving there is no returns.
